Kristy is passionate about creating the systems, structure, and support that allow people to do their best work. As Head of Executive Operations at KPC Financial Solutions, she partners with leadership to keep the organization running smoothly so the team can focus on what matters most: enriching the lives of their clients.
With more than 15 years of experience, Kristy has built a career creating order from complexity. Her background spans federal contracting, state government, healthcare, and professional services, giving her a broad perspective on how organizations operate and grow. She is known for anticipating needs, improving processes, and building systems that help both people and organizations thrive. Whether coordinating projects, streamlining operations, or solving unexpected challenges, Kristy enjoys finding practical solutions that make life easier for those around her.
Kristy earned both her Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She believes great leadership starts with serving others and enjoys helping teams work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and achieve their goals together.
Kristy is a military spouse and lives in Rhome, Texas, with her husband, who proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force before retiring, along with a mini–American Shepherd (Kona) and three cats whose names reflect her love of sewing and quilting (Singer, Brother and Nova). She and her husband enjoy spending time with their daughter, Jillian, traveling, tackling creative projects, sharing good food, especially anything Chicago-style, and making memories with friends and family.
