Karin Christ is passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind as they prepare for and navigate retirement. As CEO and co-owner of KPC Financial Solutions, she helps lead the firm’s mission of Enriching Others’ Lives by combining technical expertise, strategic planning, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
With a professional philosophy centered on one simple principle, Have a Plan, Karin works closely with clients to align their financial decisions with their values, goals, and vision for the future. She believes financial planning is about far more than investments and numbers; it is about helping people create a life of purpose, security, and significance. Her greatest professional fulfillment comes not from managing money, but from helping people move from uncertainty and anxiety about their future to clarity, confidence, and the freedom to focus on what matters most.
What makes Karin’s perspective unique is the breadth of experience she brings to every client relationship. Few financial professionals combine the viewpoints of CPA, corporate executive, entrepreneur, author, retirement strategist, and business owner. This diverse background allows her to help clients see the bigger picture, identify opportunities others may overlook, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Before joining KPC Financial Solutions, Karin built a strong foundation at Deloitte & Touche, where she practiced as a CPA. She later held executive leadership positions including Director of Customer Finance, Director of Finance, and Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, gaining extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, business growth, and organizational leadership.
Karin earned her bachelor’s degree in business from San Diego State University and has collaborated with Salem Broadcasting on financial education initiatives. She is also the author of Create Your Best Retirement: Guiding You Through the Rest of Your Life, a practical guide designed to simplify retirement planning and empower readers to make informed decisions with greater confidence.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Karin is deeply committed to serving others through charitable, educational, and ministry initiatives. She has participated in mission trips to Ecuador and actively supports Favor International, Compassion International, Sea La Luz School in Ecuador, and the women’s ministry of Glory of Zion. These experiences have reinforced her belief that true wealth is measured not simply by what we accumulate, but by the lives we impact and the legacy we leave behind.
Karin and her husband, Kevin, have called North Texas home for nearly two decades. Together they have built both a family and a business centered on faith, stewardship, service, and lifelong learning. They enjoy spending time with their children, Kara, Rachel, and Bryan, their grandchildren, and their two beloved cats, Tony and Auggie.
When she isn’t serving clients or leading the KPC team, Karin enjoys scuba diving, gardening, mentoring others, and supporting ministries and charitable causes that are making a meaningful difference in communities both locally and around the world.
