Liz spent 15 years as an account manager with the Cargill Inc. Meat Division. She graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1992 with an agribusiness degree.

In her personal time, Liz loves to minister to people struggling to experience what Jesus Christ has provided for them and spend time with her daughter.
